NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated March 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA001666AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company is the Plaintiff and DONALD GREIDER, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A JAMES GREIDER are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on MAY 14, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 125, of CLEARVIEW MANOR, UNIT FIVE, A SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 78, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
