NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-004797 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and RONALD M. RIVERS JR, RONALD M RIVERS JR., ELAINE M RIVERS, ELAINE M. RIVERS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of April, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 26 OF CRESTMOOR SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
