NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 25 day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-5226 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ROYAL SOUTHWEST HOLDINGS, LLC is the Plaintiff and AUGUSTO BLANCO CAMARGO is the Defendant wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 24 day of April, 2015 at 9:00 a m at website: www.lee.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23, 24, AND 25, BLOCK 5274, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 82, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 113 THROUGH 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
