YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Lee, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lots 30 and 31, Block 7, San Carlos Park Unit 2, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 128, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
