WHIDDEN; WARNER WHIDDEN; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the sw 1/4 of the ne 1/4 of the se 1/4 and the s 1/2 of the nw 1/4 of the ne 1/4 of the se 1/4, section 22, township 43 south, range 25 east, lee county, florida, less and except the roadway for sr 78.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
