NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 27, 2009 in Civil Case No. 2008CA011243 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and JAIRO TORO, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ, INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOMEEQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-B, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAIRO TORO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 24 day of April, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 37 and 38, Block 3365, UNIT 65, CAPE CORAL, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, at Pages 151 to 164, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
