NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2014, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 23, 2015, both entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005618 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF6, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF6, is Plaintiff and THU VAN THI NGUYEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK OF IN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A KHAN NGUYEN, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 6th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
