Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on September 17, 2014, and an Order Granting Motion to Reset Sale, entered on or about March 12, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of Pasco County, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

LOT(S) 171, OF SAN CLEMENTE VILLAGE, UNIT 6, PHASE 2 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 38-40, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
