Hernandez, Mary Elizabeth Tomolak, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the estate of George N. Sparr, deceased, Tony Alan Sparr, United States of America, acting on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Cynthia Sparr, William L. Sparr, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
