NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005309ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-WFHE2, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WFHE2 is the Plaintiff and YANEIDIS J. GAMEZ DE JOTA A/K/A YANEIDIS GAMEZ A/K/A YANEIDIS J GAMEZ DE JOT; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; PINE RIDGE OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROBERT J. JOTA JAYARO A/K/A ROBERT JOTA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of April, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 4, PINE RIDGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 141-144, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
