Lot 9, Block 3, Estuary - Phases 1 and 4, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 119, Page(s) 91 through 99, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale on August 28, 2015 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, in the following location:
