NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006333 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SASCO 2007-WF2 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J HALES II; SHERRY HALES; SOUTHGREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 4/30/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 26, OF SOUTHGREEN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
