NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 6, Block 4, WESTPARK PRESERVE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 110, Pages 300 through 317, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 10212 Estero Bay Lane, Tampa, Florida 33625.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 8, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
