NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 23, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-016561 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-10 is Plaintiff and ARGENTINA VENTURA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 12, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
