BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK 3 OF REVISED MAP OF HANKINS VIRGINIA HEIGHTS AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUNNING EAST ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF LOUISIANA AVENUE, 45.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 70.00 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 9, BLOCK 3 OF SAID SUBDIVISION; THENCE WEST 35.00 FEET; THENCE IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION TO THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 9; THENCE DUE SOUTH 60.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
