NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002243 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and VALERIU POPOVICI, et al. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on April 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 3863, PAGES 494 THROUGH 525 AND AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JANUARY 15, 1982 IN O.R. BOOK 3902, PAGE 1, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 3, ALLIN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
