Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 26, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 4, BELVEDERE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 22A AND 44B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4101 WEST ARCH ST, TAMPA, FL 33607; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
