Being a part of the same property conveyed to Eagle FL I SPE, LLC by Amended Certificate of Title dated December 16,2010, of record in Official Records Book 20258, Page 780 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, amending that certain Corrected Certificate of Title dated November 18,2010, of record in Official Records Book 20216, Page 506; that certain Corrected Certificate of Title dated November 18,2010, of record in Book 20209, Book 866, and that certain Certificate of Title dated October 4,2010, of record in Book 20174, Page 1400, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
