LOT 487, 488, AND 489, DEL ORO GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas, Florida; Case No. 2014-CA-009527; and is styled WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SRMOF II 2011-1 TRUST vs. STELLA MAZUR; CHRISTINE RILEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STELLA MAZUR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE RILEY; DEL ORO GROVES ESTATES ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Giuseppe S. Cataudella, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900, Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before 5-4-15, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on 5-4-15 or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
