NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 06, 2015, and entered in 13-000308-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ALEX CORRELA PERELRA A/K/A ALEX CORRELA PEREIRA A/K/A ALEX CORRELA A/K/A ALEX C. PERELRA A/K/A ALEX PERELRA A/K/A ALEX C. PEREIRA A/K/A ALEX PEREIRA; LIANNE HSIAO LIN LU A/K/A LIANNE HSAIO LU A/K/A LIANNE H. LIN LU A/K/A LIANNE LIN LU A/K/A LIANNE LIN A/K/A LIANNE LU; CYPRESS FALLS AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 416, (A/K/A UNIT NO. 416, BUILDING NO. 4), OF CYPRESS FALLS AT PALM HARBOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15213, AT PAGE 2500, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
