NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014 and the Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 17, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Condominium Unit No. 52, âFâ Southeast Wing, Building B-22, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT SEVENTEEN, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 3600, Pages 522 through 546, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 55, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2380 World Parkway Boulevard, #52, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 4th day of May, 2015 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
