NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2015 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA 000740, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and CHARLES PITTS A/K/A CHARLES E. PITTS, PAMELA PITTS, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of June, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 4, WEST WEDGEWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEEOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, AT PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
