NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-004926 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor by Merger to Amnet Mortgage, Inc. dba American Mortgage Network of Florida, Plaintiff and Ellis David Dunlap, III a/k/a Ellis D. Dunlap, III are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 1, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, MEYERS COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
