NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-004063-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association f/k/a The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as trustee is the Plaintiff and Austin Santo, LLC, trustee of the land trust 1738 Albemarle Road, Clearwater, Florida 33764 Land Trust ; Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida; Phyllis J. Gerber; Trecia A. Haughton; In Possession of the Subject Property; Rodger King; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102 OF GULF BREEZE ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
