NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-007683 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, Wells Fargo Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2006-7, Plaintiff, and, ERNESTO
JIMENEZ A/K/A ERNEST Y. JIMENEZ A/K/A ERNESTO M. JIMENEZ, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LEASEHOLD ESTATE IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER D-6, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISSIONS HILLS CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, PAGES 870-931, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 45-57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
