NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-009531-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and LENNY A. MILLS A/K/A LENNY MILLS; LISA A. MILLS A/K/A LISA MILLS; UNKNOWN TENANT; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of April, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, LESS THE WEST 12. 5 FEET THEREOF, AND THE WEST 27.5 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 1, SIRMONS ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
