NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-004741-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and Katherine I. Storvis A/K/A Katherine Storvis; Unknown Spouse of Katherine I. Storvis aka Katherine Storvis; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MIN#100393220061325020); Unknown Tenant(s); and all other unknown parties, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming by, though, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BAY PINES ESTATES UNIT ELEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
