NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed March 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-011216-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Arthur T. Amerine aka Arthur Timothy Amerine, Cynthia M. Amerine aka Cynthia Marie Amerine, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
