NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-007002 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and SUE F GIBRON, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST SUE F. GIBRON, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, MATINA GIBRON HUTCHESON, BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-BAYSHORE II, INC, ABRAHAM WILLIAM GIBRON, JAMES KAHLIL GIBRON, ALSPACH CONSTRUCTION AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATINA GIBRON HUTCHESON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ABRAHAM WILLIAM GIBRON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES KAHLIL GIBRON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUE F. GIBRON, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Sue F. Gibron, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 111 of BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-BAYSHORE II, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in OR Book 4196, Page 1963 through 2025 and all exhibits and amendments thereof and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19 Page 1 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
