NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-010999-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ND is Plaintiff and LOLA J WINCHELL, SHANGRI-LA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF LARGO, INC., CITY OF LARGO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOLA J. WINCHELL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 308, of the unrecorded SHANGRI-LA HOME LOTS, in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida and right of ingress and egress thereto, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 27; thence North 89°44`54” West, along the South boundary of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 27, being also the Center Line of the 60.00 foot Right-of-Way of Rosery Road, a distance of 1323.61 feet; thence North 01°31`01” East, parallel to the North and South Center Line of said Section 27, a distance of 205.24 feet for a Point of Beginning of said Lot 308; thence continue North 01 deg. 31`01” East, a distance of 30.67 feet; thence continue South 88°28'59” East, a distance of 36.00 feet; thence South 01°31'01” West, along the West line of the Ingress and Egress easement described herein, a distance 0f 30.67 feet; thence North 88°28`59” West, a distance of 36.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for purposes of ingress and egress as recorded in O.R. Book 2162, Page 348, re-recorded In O.R. Book 2398, Pages 348 through 350, and O.R. Book 2321, Pages 74 through 85, Public Records of Pinellas County
