NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-004671-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF16, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF16 is Plaintiff and PATRICIA ELENA TORRES, THE PINEBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A BILL BOTELHO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A MELISA JONES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA ELENA TORRES, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 65, BLOCK P, PINEBROOK ESTATES UNIT FOUR- 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73 PAGE 65 THROUGH 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
