NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed March 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-004452 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Jennifer L. Chuppe, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienor, Creditors, Trustees And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Walli B. Chuppe, Deceased, United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
