NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed March 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-007094-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank National Association, As Trustee For Banc Of America Alternative Loan Trust 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Patricia K. Nolder, Wayne A. Nolder, Bank of America, N.A., The Woods at Anderson Park Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
