NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed March 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-003694-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Cynthia M. Castillo also known as Cynthia M Castillo, Valencia Park Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 49, VALENCIA PARK UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
