NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-003404-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and ELLEN M. MAC NEIL A/K/A ELLEN M. YOUNG A/K/A ELLEN MARIE YOUNG A/K/A ELLEN MARIE MACNEIL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELLEN M. MAC NEIL A/K/A ELLEN M. YOUNG A/K/A ELLEN MARIE YOUNG A/K/A ELLEN MARIE MACNEIL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK C, GULF COAST SUBDIVISION NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
