NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-039860-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Consuelo Campos a/k/a Consuelo R. Campos; Felipe Hernandez; Victoria M. Salazar a/k/a Victoria Salazar; Gabino R. Campos a/k/a Rigoberto Campos; Vilma Campos a/k/a Vilma M. Campos; Unknown Spouse of Vilma Campos a/k/a Vilma M. Campos, if Any; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants ; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 20th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK F, GEORGETOWN ESTATES UNIT NO. ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
