NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008308-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Karen Chorovich a/k/a Karen C. Falagan a/k/a Karen Chorovich Falagan; and Unknown Tenants/Owners; Karen Chorovich a/k/a Karen C. Falagan a/k/a Karen Chorovich Falagan are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 22nd day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, FOREST PARK HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 146, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
