NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012535-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is Plaintiff and SANOR DALMAS A/K/A SANAR DALMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANOR DALMAS A/K/A SANAR DALMAS N/K/A NICOLE TILUS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CASTLE CREDIT CORPORATION; HOLDEN RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, HOLDEN RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 80 AND 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
