NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 24th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001522-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and GARY C. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY C. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SOUTHCHASE PARCEL 5 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 27th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 186, SOUTHCHASE 1A, PARCEL 5, PHASE 3, IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 53, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 4980, PAGE 8, DATED 11/21/1995 AND RECORDED 11/29/1995 IN ORANGE COUNTY RECORDS.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
