NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 20th day of May, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Orange County, Florida:
UNIT A, BUILDING 2783, CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9137, PAGE 983, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
