AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CWABS, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES TRUST 2007-BC11, is the Plaintiff and TONYA E MINOR; JOHN C MINOR; HIAWASSEE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 4/30/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
