NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010295-O in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP was the Plaintiff and GLENFORD A. LEWIS, ET AL. the Defendant, that the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 217, OF OAK HILL RESERVE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
