NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-26976-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2006-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ALEXANDER BURGOS; DALISA BURGOS, are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th_ day of APRIL, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 12, OF ENGLEWOOD PARK, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 123 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
