VOTOE; ROSARIO P. VOTOE; CREEKSIDE VILLAS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 5/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 37 AND THE SOUTHERLY 5.33 FEET OF LOT 36 AS MEASURED ALONG THE COMMON LOT LINES OF LOTS 36 AND 37, OF CREEKSIDE VILLAS AT MEADOW WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGES 103 AND 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
