NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order On Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale dated March 31, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2011-CA-000235-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR3, is the Plaintiff and ANGELA POLICASTRI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA POLICASTRI; JAMES A LAVELLE, JR.; DEER CREEK VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 5/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
