NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001713-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-NH by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Pedro A. Santos A/K/A Pedro Santos; Rosa H. Santos A/K/A Rosa Santos; Frank T. Cody, Jr. as Trustee of the Frank T. Cody, Jr. and Theresa A. Cody Revocable Living Trust; Theresa A. Cody, as Trustee of the Frank T. Cody, Jr. and Theresa A. Cody Revocable Living Trust; Lake Holden Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 28th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 280 FEET WEST AND 30 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTH 120 FEET; THENCE WEST 80 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 120 FEET; THENCE EAST 80 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
