NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-011126-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the LXS 2007-15N Trust Fund is the Plaintiff and Maria E. Figueroa; Unknown Spouse of Maria E. Figueroa; CACV of Colorado, LLC; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; LVNV Funding, LLC as successor in interest to Sears National Bank; Point Recovery, Inc.; Stoneybrook West Master Association, Inc.; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; Stoneybrook West Master Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102, BLOCK 4, STONEYBROOK WEST UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 134-138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
