NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feb 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010066-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JAMES P. SINGLEY A/K/A JAMES PATRICK SINGLEY; DEADRA SINGLEY A/K/A DEADRA MARIE SINGLEY; CACH LLC, are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 469, PARK MANOR ESTATES- UNIT ELEVEN 'B', ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
