NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 05, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2013-CA-005829-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein MOREQUITY, INC., is the Plaintiff and RAUL RIVAS; LYDIA RIVAS; IRIS TAVERAS; JOSE ELIAS TAVERAS; PIEDMONT LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FRANKLIN CREDIT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 5/7/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
