NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 10, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-028911 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC.,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6, is the Plaintiff and BRENDA L NAVEDO-ELIAS; NESTALI PINERO A/K/A NEFTALI PINEIRO; FAIRWINDS CREDIT UNION; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 5/6/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
